Hi, I'm Prachi Jain Bagaria — a therapist and psychologist with over 12 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families feel more connected, grounded, and clear about what they need. My work focuses on behavioral change, navigating relationship struggles, managing anxiety, and supporting people through tough emotional seasons.
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—from working as an organizational psychologist and HR consultant (supporting employee mental health and job satisfaction) to leading seminars and faculty development programs. My writing on mental health, wellness, and modern life has been featured in publications like The Quint and The Hitavada.
